Customer Returns Policy
We understand that occasionally you may need to return your product, if you need to do this, then please contact us on the form below explaining what the problem is. If your return is accepted we will provide details of where to send it. Please do not send goods directly back to us as we use partner companies for some of our products. You are responsible for return costs.
If you are returning the product because it is faulty or damaged and we confirm that it's faulty, we will send out a replacement free of charge. Please use the contact form below. We will also require a photograph of the product emailed to us before we can accept the return.
In some cases, we may accept returns if a product needs to be exchanged, due to incorrect size or other reason. If the return is accepted then it must be returned in a saleable condition in the original undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to charge a further shipping cost to cover the postage, as well as an additional charge if the product is not in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for returning the incorrect or unwanted product to us. Shipping charge is not refundable.
If we unfortunately send you the wrong product or it is damaged in transit then you must notify us within three days.
